The Bossy was started to connect women who are actively advancing their careers while raising children.  These women are sometimes affectionately referred to as “ladder climbers with ankle biters” or “dynamos with kids in tow”.

You can find Boss Moms at networking events, in business meetings and meetups, and maybe they’re a little peeved that so much business stuff happens at dinner time, but they are ROCKING their roles as boss lady and Mom.
